We own and manage several rental properties in the Norwood, Reading and Lockland areas. We specialize in quality rental spaces that provide a clean, quite place to call home. Our properties offer a wide range of efficiency apartments, 1-2 bedroom apartments and single family homes.
At this time we have two efficiency apartments available; one in Norwood and one in Reading! $25.00 application fee per applicant. We use a Screening Service. You do not need perfect credit score or spotless criminal record to rent from us but we do have high standards and every applicant is evaluated on an individual basis. If you are looking for a clean, quiet and well-maintained place to live, this is it! Additional infomation is avaiable on this site or in the information box infront of each apartment building. Applications cannot be submitted online but one can be downloaded and printed here.
